Process

How a parcel comes to us
Step 1Research the record. Title, liens, taxes, zoning, access and code history are checked before any bid.
Step 2Acquire in the open. Public auction or a written offer, and only once the property is clear in writing.
Step 3Record and clear title. The deed is recorded with the county and taxes stay current from day one.
Step 4Hold, improve or place. Each parcel is held, improved, or sold to a buyer who will use it well.

Okonkwo Holdings exists to turn land into legacy. We buy what others have let go of, we hold it with patience, and we pass it forward stronger than we found it.

We work in public. Every acquisition is made at open auction or by fair agreement, recorded with the county, and backed by clear title. We pay what we promise, close when we say, and put every term in writing.

We think in generations. What we build is held in trust for the family that follows, so that a child not yet grown will inherit something more lasting than money: ground to stand on, and a name that kept its word.
